Accomodations

We’ll be covering accommodations for the weekend and have rooms booked for everyone Thursday, Friday, and Saturday night at the The Imperial in ABQ. It’s a retro, fun spot right on Route 66. There is a cafe, food hall, and bar on site and well as other great restaurants and shops nearby!

Travel & Transportation

Albuquerque has a small (and very cute) airport (The Sunport). It’s the best place to fly into, and we recommend arriving on Thursday as the ceremony will take place on Friday.

Rideshare should work well for most of the weekend. We’ll help organize transportation to the ceremony and dinner, and the restaurant is within walking distance for the trip back to the hotel. There may be a few other moments over the weekend where a car could be helpful but still not necessary, so feel free to choose whatever works best for you.

What to Wear

The ceremony will be outdoors, in the foothills of the Sandia Mountains. The pathway is paved, but some areas are dirt or crushed rock. Make sure to wear shoes that will be okay in mixed terrain!

What to Bring

The weather in September can be unpredictable, but is usually nice! Expect warms days and cool evenings—layering is recommended. If you'd like to swim on Saturday, please make sure to bring your swimsuit!
